Chia puddings have easily become my fave and this one is at the top of my list! Packed with healthy fats and tasty berries, I think you'll enjoy too! This makes 1 serving!

Ingredients:
20g Chia Seeds
14g Flax Seeds
100g Blueberries
57g Raspberries
22g Almonds
Instructions:
1) In a bowl combine flax and chia seeds with 1/3 cup of water. Let sit for 15-20 minutes.
2) Top chia/flax mixture with blueberries, raspberries, and almonds! ENJOY!
TIP: Make it overnight chia pudding by combining all ingredients in a container, topping it off with water and enjoy the next day! The blueberries will make your almonds purple!
