Talk about refreshing. As I await spring and all the snow to melt I've decided to get into the spirit via extra yummy smoothies. Here's one that I've fallen in love with!

Ingredients:
125g Raspberries
100g Mango
16g Pumpkin Seeds
120g Almond Milk
1 Scoop of Protein Powder (I use the Vivolife Sport in Vanilla)
Instructions:
1) Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend, ENJOY!
