Basic Green Smoothie

Everyone loves a green smoothie but sometimes they are so complicated. Here's one that is 5 ingredients, super yummy, and super green.





Ingredients:

60g Spinach

132g Banana

15g Hemp Hearts

3g Vanilla Extract

1 Scoop of Protein Powder (I used Vivolife Sport Protein in Vanilla)

Water


Instructions:

1) Place all ingredients in a blender or blender cup.

2) Top off with water.

3) Blend and ENJOY!
