Chia pudding has easily become one of my favorite breakfast foods. It's super refreshing and can be flavoured in so many ways. Here's my Green Chia Pudding recipe.


Ingredients:
20g Chia Seeds
60g Spinach
38g Banana
37g Blueberries
10g Maple Syrup
Instructions:
1) Blend spinach and maple syrup with 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup of water, depending on how liquid-y you want your pudding.
2) Mix in the chia seeds with the spinach mixture.
3) Let sit for minimum 1 hour or overnight to let chia seeds absorb water.
4) Top chia pudding with bananas and blueberries.
TIP: I mixed in my blueberries in at the same time as the chia seeds to make my prep time in the morning faster.
