Asian-style food has always been one of my favorites and this has to be one of the easiest dishes I've ever made. I think you'll love it too! Plus, the sauce for this is so versatile and I will definitely be making recipes in the future using the sauce so watch out!
If you'd like more protein or would prefer to add tofu I would suggest a firm tofu that is marinaded in more of the sauce then fried or baked.

This recipe is for 1 serving.
Dish Ingredients:
70g Spaghetti (cooked weight)
35g Mushrooms
38g Bell Peppers
32g Carrots
21g Snow Peas
2g Garlic
6g Olive Oil
Sauce Ingredients:
3g Sesame Oil
4g Soy Sauce
4g Maple Syrup

Instructions:
1) Cook pasta.
2) Chop mushrooms, bell peppers, and carrots into size of your choosing and mince garlic. TIP: I grated my carrots to decrease cooking time.
3) Heat olive oil in pan, add all vegetables and cook until soft.
4) Sauce: Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, and maple syrup in separate container.
5) Add pasta and sauce to the vegetables and combine thoroughly.
ENJOY!
