Chili is one of those dishes that can be made a million ways, have a ton of different flavours, and tastes amazing. I've been trying tons of different recipes and combinations to find a chili that is super tasty, easy on the macros, and simple to make. I think I've finally done it! Try this out. This recipe makes 1 serving.

Ingredients:
49g Yellow Onion
1g Minced Garlic
50g Green Bell Pepper
5g Clubhouse Chili Seasoning (25% Less Salt)
43g Black Beans
45g Kidney Beans
62g Canned Diced Tomatoes (with liquid)
64g Sweet Potato
111g Vegetable Broth
3g Frank's Red Hot Sauce
Instructions:
1) Heat a pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic with a small amount of water and cook until fragrant and onions begin to become translucent.
2) Add diced green bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3) Add in chili seasoning and stir to coat the vegetables in it and cook for 1 more minute.
4) Add in rinsed and drained beans, diced sweet potatoes, canned tomatoes, veggie broth, and hot sauce. Stir to combine.
5) Cover and let simmer, stirring occasionally until sweet potato is cooked through.
6) Place in a bowl and ENJOY!
