Can we just take a minute to appreciate how amazing oats really are?
They are so versatile and yummy!
Today starts off right with some Banana Peanut Butter Oats! As usual, scroll down for the recipe and nutritional info!

1 Serving, 5 minutes to overnight.
Ingredients:
- 40g oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 16g peanut butter (I recommend one with 0g sugar)
- 20g chia seeds
- 10g maple syrup (optional)
For overnight oats:
1) Add oats, chia, maple syrup, and 1 cup of water to a container and shake/mix.
2) Add peanut butter and refridgerate overnight.
3) When ready to serve, add banana and enjoy!
TIP: Microwave before adding the banana to melt the peanut butter.
For microwave oats:
1) Add oats, maple syrup, and 1/2 cup of water to bowl and microwave 1-2 minutes until oatmeal is cooked.
2) Top with chia, peanut butter, and banana. ENJOY!
TIP: Add peanut butter before microwaving to melt it.
